I test-watched it last Saturday. Her voice sounded cute but a bit strange to handle in large chunks (like Cassandra Morris-Lee, voice of Ritsu, Kyubey, Saki in DRRR!!, and who I believe to be the voice of Henrietta in ZnT).

Just watched the first episode of Rinne no Lagrange today.

I thought it was pretty good, and there's definitely some yuri undertones to it.

But seriously: when the people who did the winter preview podcast looked into it, all they did was assume it would suck because it was XEBEC. They completely ignored that Production I.G, the parent of XEBEC, is providing the original idea and the scripts, and is even producing it. XEBEC's just doing the animation because Production I.G's putting all of its animation team to work on half 2 of Guilty Crown. That, and XEBEC is more comfortable drawing the fanservicey scenes. That aside, Lagrange is totally an I.G show, even with a different animation team.

Produced by Production I.G, animated by XEBEC. Apparently, the guys think that because the latter's doing the animation, everything I.G is involved with in it is pointless in the face of the conventional XEBEC patterns seen in its more fanservicey titles.

i haven't bother listening to the podcast since the first one they've put out. i watch what i want to watch. even if that means watching awesomely horrible harem shows then so be it.

Being one of the 1st shows to come out, I saw the 1st ep around that time. It wasn't bad and XEBEC has done some good stuff (mostly guilty pleasure stuff, but I do feel indebted to them after finding out they did some of the cutscenes for Killer7), though it got boring by the mid-way point. I will say that XEBEC did a better job than I.G. this time around with its animation and soundtrack being the high points of the show

I have finished Shizune's route completely now. I went through Hanako's and Lilly's (and inadvertently Kenji's), but Shizune's was the first I completed 100%.
